WOW! I have never gone this long without posting! I guess I got caught up in the whirlwind of life, or lazy, or both. So, I guess I'll catch up from Christmas starting with January.
Last year, we put Noah in pull-ups in January. Later, as an incentive, I would place stickers on a calendar in the bathroom whenever he went in the potty. It started out slow but he eventually got the hang of it.

Since Noah did so well in May, we decided to go ahead and try underwear Memorial Day weekend 2012. He did great so we took him out of pull-ups during the day from then on.
In December, we decided to try the sticker rewards again but this time, it was if he stayed dry all night long. He did pretty well and even stayed dry the whole week we were on vacation in Colorado. Once the New Year 2013 began, Noah was completely pull-up free at night as well.
